Notification of changes to ACX Contract Specifications

ACX Participants should note the upcoming update to the Contract Specifications for
ACX’s NON-EXCHANGE CARBON TONNE (XCT), with the American Carbon Registry (ACR)
added as an Eligible Market Registry and the ACR Standard included as a Deliverable
Product.

The above change will be effective from 30 October 2023.

Please ensure that the appropriate members of staff within your organisation and
Clients are advised of the content of this Notice.
