The purpose of this Publication is to establish the requirements for ACX Ltd’s (“ACX”)
Participants to enter Market Maker (“MM”) arrangements under the ACX Market Maker
Scheme CET, GN6, GN7, GN8 (this “Scheme”), as set out as an attachment. This Scheme will run
from 03 July 2023 until further Publication.
